Black Creek Pioneer Village is a heritage museum in Toronto just southeast of the Jane and Steels intersection. It is a recreation of life in 19th century Ontario and shows how the province looked like long time ago. 

Black Creek Pioneer Village is a living history experience featuring heritage buildings originating in communities across south central Ontario. The village consist of 40 buildings fully decorated in the style of 19th century. The buildings include some period houses, a general store, a blacksmith’s shop, photography studio, a water-powered gristmill, a hotel and some other buildings. 

Core buildings built by the Stong family (like Stong family farm) and others have been moved in from across Ontario.
